Job Description / Responsibility

- What we are looking for:
- We are currently hiring Mechanical Engineers and Technicians for exciting opportunities in Germany, Italy.
- Open positions include but are not limited to:
- Mechanical Engineers (Manufacturing, Automotive, Plant)
- Mechanical Technicians / Maintenance Technicians
- Machine Operators & Fitters
- Mechatronics Technicians
- Industrial Equipment Installers
- Pipeline and HVAC Specialists
- Technical Supervisors (Mechanical)
- Key Responsibilities (May vary depending on employer)
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and machinery
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of equipment
- Work with engineers and supervisors on system improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards Skills & Expertise
- Mechanical system installation & troubleshooting
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Problem-solving and diagnostics
- Technical documentation and reporting
- Use of mechanical tools and machinery
- Cross-cultural communication and teamwork
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional certifications or technical training will be considered an asset
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Automobile, Furniture Manufacturer, Transport Service, Shipyard, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Background in industrial machinery, HVAC, automotive, plant maintenance, or similar sectors is preferred
- Language Requirements
- Minimum English Level: B1 (working proficiency)
- Knowledge of Italian or German is a plus
- After a successful initial interview, selected candidates may proceed with language training in Italian or German
- Terms & Conditions (May vary according to employer policy)
- Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable), with opportunity for permanent placement
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day); overtime is compensated
- Leave: 30 days paid annual leave + public holidays
- Visa: Long-stay “D” visa; EU Blue Card support may be offered
- Additional Perks: Pension benefits, family/spouse visa support
- Visa Processing Time: Approx. 6 months
- Service Charge: Payable only after visa approval
