Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, passion for people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking performance reviews and providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are compliant.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Human Resource Management
- BBA/MBA (preferably major in HRM) from any reputed Private/ Public University.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies, Consulting Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Working experience in any local Corporates, MNCs, Banks, Non-Banking Financial Institutions or HR Outsourcing Company.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, employment and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in overseeing end-to-end HR outsourcing processes
- Stakeholder management and maintain close relationship with the key persons of the clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in conflict management and promoting teamwork, with an emphasis on sustaining employee motivation and morale
