Computer Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Accurately input and manage candidate, student, and client data in company databases.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents such as CVs, offer letters, certificates, training materials, and reports.
Scan, print, photocopy, and properly file documents for both recruitment and training records.
Should be expert in Microsoft office. Typing speed must be 30.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of important information.
Assist in creating class schedules, attendance sheets, exam papers, and certificates for the training center.
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of all personal and official information.
Support recruitment, training coordination, and document control processes.
Communicate with different departments to ensure smooth document flow.
Perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment (computers, printers, projectors, etc.).
Follow organizational policies for documentation, reporting, and data handling.
Help prepare monthly and weekly reports related to manpower supply and training activities.
