Job Description / Responsibility
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate guest records.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist in managing guest feedbacks and reviews for continuous service improvement.

- Age 27 to 35 years
- • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/ BBA/or a related field preferred.
- • 3-4 years of experience in front desk & customer service department in the same industry is a must
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in MS Office.
- • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
