Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage and mentor a team of counsellors, ensuring yearly targets are met.
  • Provide expert guidance on education and visa processes, especially for the UK & Australia.
  • Oversee visa and immigration applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure students receive accurate and up-to-date information about universities, programs, and entry requirements.
  • Assist students in making informed career and study choices aligned with their goals.
  • Address challenges related to student applications and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline visa documentation and submissions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Align counselling strategies with the company’s long-term business goals.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
