Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview:
We are looking for applications for the position of Jr. Executive (Store) under our Civil Department. This role involves maintaining and managing construction-related store operations, including inventory tracking, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring effective material handling through ERP systems. Candidates with 2–5 years of experience, particularly those skilled in inventory control and proficient in Excel, will find this a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage gate pass approvals from BEPZA
Liaise with customs and government offices for compliance and clearance
Handle documentation, issue posting, and coordination with the SCM team
Maintain ERP systems for inventory and material tracking
Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance at material stock points
Conduct store audits, manage wastage control, and maintain minimum stock levels
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; implement FIFO/LIFO practices

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Understanding of store management
Proficient in MS Excel for store-related tasks
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
