Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsibilities & Context:
  • DZN Etiket is the 100% Turkish invested Multinational Label Company based in Gazipur, Kasimpur. We are producing Care Labels, Woven Labels, Offset Items, Silk Screen Labels and Barcode Stickers in our factory for a lot of Multinational Brands. We are looking for an Woven Maintenance Engineering who will look after followings with his department;
  • Job Responsibilities:·
  • Good understanding about Muller MBJL 01, Vaupel Dornier, Cutting Machine etc.
  • Plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment.
  • Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintenance people.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical equipment in Woven Department.
  • Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget.
  • Maintain proper documentation of spare parts inventory, equipment maintenance records, and work orders.
  • Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by the authority.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Must have knowledge about Woven machine servicing.
  • Excellent Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Must have knowledge of electrical work.
