Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining, conducting & follow up cases rigorously specially in labour court.
Initiate and pursue legal proceedings on behalf of company as required.
To represent the Company at Arbitration, Judgment and any public hearings.
Handle any kind of legal issues related to labour in line with applicable laws.
Prepare, review, and maintain case documents.
Represent the organization in court hearings and other legal proceedings, as required.
Monitor case progress, attend court hearings with relevant officials and advocates, and provide updates to Manager.
Ensure seamless coordination between the organization and legal entities to expedite legal actions and resolutions.
Arrange, conduct, and facilitate workers recruitment procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure up-to-date HR documentation.
Ensure office facilities and environment are well-maintained.
Manage HR operations (attendance, leave, legal, safety, etc.)
Maintain employee records & handle final settlements Support.
Perform additional tasks as assigned

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Enlisted Advocate under Bangladesh Bar Council.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years
Should have enrollment as an Advocate/Legal Practitioner under Bangladesh bar council.
1 to 2 year (s) experience in the related field will get extra preference
Should have proficiency in Microsoft office and excellence in IT;
Should have pleasant personality, honest, Polite & hardworking

Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
