Job Description / Responsibility

CHL is looking for a Legal Officer with at least 05 years of proven experience. He will provide counsel to the Management of CHL , Oversee cases of the hospital, inform legal options and represent in court, draft legal documents, conduct research, negotiate settlements and file appeals, draft deed/agreements etc.

Educational Requirements

Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
The incumbent shall be a qualified Advocate, registered with the Bangladesh Bar Council.
