Lead Engineer / Senior Design Engineer - (Structural Design and Analysis)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the structural analysis and design process for multi-storied buildings and other real estate projects
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for accurate implementation of designs
Guide and check CAD drawings prepared by drafters and junior engineers
Review material test reports and ensure structural quality during construction
Supervise structural elements during execution to ensure compliance with design and safety codes
Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and status updates for ongoing projects
Maintain coordination with the Project Management team for timely project delivery

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Preferably from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, or other recognized public universities)
M.Sc. in Structural Engineering will be considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements

10 to 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 35 years
