Job Description / Responsibility
- Engage in all phases of architectural design, from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for various projects.
- Undertake design work specifically for commercial hotel and resort projects, encompassing all stages from concept to detailed design.
- Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage advanced visualization tools to produce realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs, enhancing client understanding and engagement.
- Conduct lighting analysis and material selection processes to ensure visual accuracy and persuasive presentations.
- Review and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to execute design solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 years
