Project Coordinator

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Ensure all deadlines are met and adjust schedules as needed.
Manage and allocate resources such as materials, tools, and manpower to ensure project efficiency.
Monitor resource usage and ensure availability on-site as required.
Maintain inventory control and track deliveries.
Help track project costs, keeping within the allocated budget.
Monitor and report on expenses to prevent overruns.
Assist in creating financial reports for senior management.
Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, contractors, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate site visits, inspections, and meetings to discuss project milestones.
Prepare progress reports for senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Address any project issues or delays and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
Work with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or challenges during the project.
Identify potential risks to the project timeline, budget, or safety and proactively work to mitigate them.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Ensure that the client's requirements and expectations are met throughout the project.
Oversee daily site activities and assist in coordinating subcontractors and laborers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms

A similar experience will be an added advantage.
