Job Description / Responsibility

We Are Hiring:
Experienced Civil Engineers with relevant academic qualifications and work experience in construction, infrastructure, and structural projects are invited to apply for exciting job opportunities in Malta and Italy.
Terms & Conditions
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Subject to employer’s job policy)
Leave: Sundays + 24 holidays annually (Subject to employer’s job policy)
Overtime: As per employer’s job policy
Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)
Visa Type: Long-stay “D” Visa
Visa Processing Time: Approximately 6 months
Service Charge: Payable only after VISA
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and manage construction and civil infrastructure projects
Conduct structural analysis, site inspections, and project evaluations
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with Maltese/EU building codes, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards
Monitor costs, materials, and procurement processes
Resolve engineering issues and implement project improvements
Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders and management
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times
Support project delivery from concept through execution and completion

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Technical Infrastructure

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 45 years
Language Requirements:
Minimum English Language Level B1
Italian language skills are a plus
