Job Description / Responsibility

Field visits, coordinating and monitoring the customers.
Prompt identify and resolve service issues.
Create and maintain a database of clients.
Maintain good relationships to resolve service issue.
Provide service and application support as per SOP.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
M.Sc./B.Sc. in EEE/Applied Physics & Electronics/Chemistry/Biochemistry

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Science Laboratory

Additional Job Requirements

2-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required, specially experience in Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry service.
Proficient skills in MS Office, including MS Word and MS Excel.
The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
