Job Description / Responsibility
- Develops, implements, maintains and improves the quality management system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and monitors the overall operation of laboratory activities.
- Supervises laboratory Calibration/testing methods and equipment selection to meet ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Ensures that Calibration/test complies with relevant standards.
- Manages the internal audit program
- Responsible for the health and safety aspects.
- Responsible for external and internal cooperation.
- Assesses the overall performance of lab through regular monitoring.
- Takes final decision for corrective actions.
- Final review of tests report.
- Performance reviews including the evaluation of Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), Corrective Actions Reports (CAR) and other quality indicators.
- Promotes quality awareness throughout the laboratory.
- Manages the equipment calibration and maintenance programs.
- Maintain the controlled document system.
- Keep the quality documents updated.

Additional Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Performing Environmental Monitoring, Reporting (IEE, EIA, ESIA, EMP, EPT)
