Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in site supervision, drawing interpretation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction work at project sites.
Review structural and architectural designs.
Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Report progress to project management team regularly.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the real estate/construction industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and BOQ.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to travel to project sites within Dhaka.
