Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities:
- Classical and modern luxury design: Experience in both classical and modern luxury design styles, with a focus on duplex, Triplex, high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Design Leadership & Project Coordination: Lead the design process from concept to construction documentation while collaborating with engineering, construction, and project management teams to develop plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Client Interaction & Problem-Solving: Understand client needs, present design concepts, make adjustments, and address any design-related challenges promptly.
- Software Skill: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and relevant softwares.
- 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed working drawings and realistic 3D renderings using Vray, Unreal Engine, Lumion, TwinMotion, D5, Enscape.
- Material Selection & Budget Management: Source suitable materials, consider sustainability, and prepare accurate cost estimates while negotiating with contractors.
- Site Supervision & Compliance: Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, ensure quality standards, and comply with BNBC, Bangladesh Gadget and local codes.
- Classical and Modern Design & Furniture Layouts: Design interiors and exteriors for high-rise buildings like homes, offices and commercial complexes, including furniture layouts and fixtures.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead design meetings, assign tasks, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design practices, and sustainable solutions.
- Leading the design team from concept to completion, ensuring all design goals are met within deadlines.
- Conducting site evaluations and preparing detailed architectural plans, layouts and specifications. Collaborating with engineers, designers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design.
- Ensuring that projects comply with sustainable building practices and regulations. Incorporating energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials and solutions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), Any relevant degree on Interior and Exterior Designing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Unreal Engine, Lumion, TwinMotion, D5, Enscape. and relevant softwares.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision and accuracy in all designs and plans.
