Job Description / Responsibility
- Senior Engineer/ Junior Engineer will be recruited for CRM/ATM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/Cash Sorter Support Team, Technology Operations Dept.
- Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated area(s) of the organization.
- Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services.
- Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
- Develop employees through proper training, promote teamwork, and foster open and effective communications.
- Manage the software updates from principal as per requirement of the customers and principal and maintain ATMC running smoothly through testing before implementation.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Concept development, testing, product development and reengineering of existing products and services considering competitive scenario.
- Departmental administration & operations management.
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 28 years
- Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Service/ support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
- Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).
- Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be a key team player .
- Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work extra time as and when required.
- Hard working, possess dedication towards the responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
