  • Marine Electronics Service a leader in innovative power generation solutions, is seeking a dynamic "Business Development Manager" to expand our footprint and shape the future of energy.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets (e.g., Diesel Genset, renewables, and energy storage).
  • Lead end-to-end deal processes: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.
  • Represent the company at global conferences and industry events.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, or related field
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • 5-8 years in business development, sales, or strategy within power generation/energy.
  • Skills:
  • Deep understanding of energy markets, policies, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
