Job Description / Responsibility

Job Description: FELB BD., LTD. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Sea Freight) both Senior & Junior to manage and coordinate sea freight operations. The ideal candidate will handle shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sea freight shipments (FCL/LCL) with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
Ensure timely booking, container arrangements, and dispatch of goods.
Track and update shipment status to internal teams and clients.
Liaise with customs, port authorities, and third-party vendors.
Maintain accurate records and support billing and invoicing processes.
Resolve issues related to delays, demurrage, or discrepancies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics Startup, Delivery Services Startup, Shared Mobility Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sea freight or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and INCOTERMS.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and freight management systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to understand SOP & be a good team player.
