Job Description / Responsibility

Communication with foreign and local Buyer, Seller, Bank, C&F local and Foreign offices.
Maintain and Monitoring of trade documents of Company and keep update all documents.
Follow up L/C from the advising bank of Buyer.
Responsible for Checking of LC, LC – Amendment, Follow up Shipment, C&F, LC Payment, Goods Landing Report, Prepare LC Cost, Prepare Bills/Invoices.
Reconciliation of Goods Landing Report and Solving Final payment of Buyer/ Seller.
Prepare Vouchers for office expenses and maintain required accounting records.
Perform any other task directed by the management.
Maintain Company License Documents.
Purchasing of Local Products for Office and Factory.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
