Job Description / Responsibility
  • Engaging teaching methods like direct instruction, group discussions, role-playing, and real-life simulations.
  • Encourages active participation and promotes speaking comprehension and practical application.
  • Maintains a supportive environment for student motivation.
  • Design and administer assessments to gauge language proficiency.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve language skills.
  • Monitor individual progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
  • Offer extra help for students needing additional assistance.
  • Recommended resources for language practice outside of class.
  • Build confidence by celebrating milestones and offering encouragement.
  • Incorporate lessons on language culture, history, and social norms.
  • Facilitate cultural sensitivity to help students navigate cultural differences.
  • Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and classroom issues.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians and stay updated on language teaching trends.
  • Implement digital tools for interactive learning.
  • Adapt to online platforms for virtual classes.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • N4 or N3 complete
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Group of Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing
