Job Description / Responsibility
- Working on International admission applications through University Online Portal (unsupervised)
- Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essays etc. for admission application (Excellent writing skill)
- Working with remote team members and independently manage work-flow coordination
- An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams etc.
- Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders Knowledge about US Visa & Immigration services & process
- Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow up with client and team members
- Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Excellent English language skills Be pro-active, efficient and must be punctual Improve work-flow and coordination of each tasks
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised Daily reporting to Supervisor and Line Manager Any ad-hoc duties provided by supervisor/line manager
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
