Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MS Excel & Online Research Intern to support our data management and research initiatives.
The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and organizing data from online sources, cleaning and structuring information in Excel, and providing analytical insights to support business decision-making.
Duration: 2–6 months (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information based on defined objectives
Organize, clean, and analyze data using MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.)
Compile data into clear and concise reports or spreadsheets
Verify accuracy and credibility of online sources
Assist in creating dashboards or charts to visualize data as needed
Maintain and update data records in Excel on a regular basis
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliverables
Perform other administrative or research-related tasks as assigned

Educational Requirements

HSC, Diploma

Additional Job Requirements

Must have own computer with internet connection and suitable environment to work from home.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including basic to intermediate formulas, data sorting/filtering, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong internet research skills and ability to find credible sources
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Sheets and online collaboration tools
Basic understanding of data analysis or business research
