Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • Department: General Surgery.
  • Applications are invited from experienced candidates for this position of Assistant Professor in IAHS.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting classes of MBBS students;
  • Conducting clinical classes of students as per schedule;
  • Conducting surgery and other procedures of Surgery ward;
  • Looking after post-surgical patients;
  • Taking necessary measures for operating procedure;
  • Duties on call as per demand;
  • Attending OPD/indoor (wards & cabins) patients;
  • Working and managing patients with utmost care & diligence;
  • Participating in academic activities;
  • Executing other duties assigned by the competent authority.

Educational Requirements
  • FCPS/MS (General Surgery) from any BM&DC-recognized institution.
  • As per BM&DC rules.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Experiences and Publications: Experienced candidates will get preference for the post of Assistant Professor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills.
