Milestone Laurels International School (A Project of Milestone School & College – A Legacy since 2002)
We are seeking highly qualified, dynamic, and passionate educators to join our esteemed institution. Applications are invited from trained postgraduate teachers for Playgroup to Middle School in the following subjects: English, Bengali, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography and Arts & Crafts
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and abilities.
Create and organize instructional materials to enhance learning experiences.
Maintain effective classroom management while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining records.
Promote cooperation, soft skills, and ethical values among students.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and teaching standards.
Maintain an organized, stimulating, and safe classroom environment.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Master’s degree with a teaching certification.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
College, School, Kindergarten

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in reputed schools.
Strong command of English communication and professional demeanor.
Passion for teaching and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with students, colleagues, and the school community.
Analytical, reflective, and committed to continuous professional growth.
Collaborative mind-set with a dedication to teamwork and quality education.
