Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct user research, create personas, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
Ensure responsive and user-friendly designs across a range of devices and screen sizes.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance product experiences.
Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for design handoff and collaboration with developers.
A strong design portfolio showcasing past work, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agile or lean development environments.
Familiarity with tools for user testing, feedback, and product analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
