- Client Relations: Serve as the primary technical liaison with UK clients, addressing design and pattern issues to meet their exacting standards.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of 5 QC professionals, ensuring operational excellence and prompt reporting to the overall Technical Manager.

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- 10 to 12 years of comprehensive experience in ladies’, men’s, and kids’ wear—covering both jersey and woven fabrics.
- Strong command over garment pattern creation and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record working directly with key UK customers like Tesco and Primark.
- Experience from reputed factories will be considered an asset.
- Prior experience with sweater production is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic and Proactive: The ideal candidate is eager to drive quality improvements and is proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Team-Oriented: Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, understanding that the critical path is a key factor in decision-making.
