Job Description / Responsibility

Dongyi Sourcing Ltd is searching potential candidates for bellow position:
- Position Name: Designer – Jersey.
- Vacancy: 1
- Job Responsibilities:
- Create original jersey designs that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.
- Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for jersey production.
- Ensure designs are functional, durable, and comfortable for athletes.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to refine and improve designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process.
- Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and vision.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final outcomes.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies, Buying House
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Age limit 35 years old
- Must be fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Must have advance skill on MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
