Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Uttara Export Processing Zone (Uttara EPZ), Nilphamari.
Ensure quality control in all finishing stages, adhering to client specifications.·
Advise on packing methods to protect goods and reduce shipping costs.·
Train and mentor staff on best practices and new techniques.·
Develop strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource use.·
Act as liaison between the finishing department and clients.·
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.·
Contribute to the development of new finishing processes and technologies.·
Experience in working with various garment buyers.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Smart & Energetic, Hardworking and promising.
Should have good knowledge on Sweater Finishing.
