Job Description / Responsibility

Supporting Recruitment, Employee relations, Assisting with Training and Development and other activities.
Helping with HRIS databases and CSR activities, gaining practical skills and insight into company culture.
Maintaining organized HR files and documents.
Assisting in creating or updating HR documents and materials.

Educational Requirements

Graduate from reputed university in BBA/MBA major Human Resource Management or any other related discipline.

Additional Job Requirements

Good Presentation skills.
Proficiency in All Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational & Time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
