Job Description / Responsibility

Procurement officers are responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality. We are looking for an astute procurement officer to oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer's responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records. To be successful as a procurement officer you should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends. Ultimately, a top procurement officer should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Receiving Purchase requisition from different service.
Justification of purchase requisition before purchase. Sending RFQ to vendors.
Negotiate with vendor & obtain approval from management.
Issue purchase order/work order to vendor & follow up until delivery.
Ability to analyze data & perform cost analysis & bar charting.
Ability to purchase machine spare parts, electrical, hardware items, printing & stationary items.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

PGD in SCM is preferable
Skills Required: Communication, Good Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.
