Job Description / Responsibility
- We are a 100% Export-Oriented Renowned Tent & Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the "Assistant Manager - Quality" position. This position is specifically for Tent manufacturing. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience, and drive to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all stages of tent manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality guidelines.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
- Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
- Train, and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production teams to enhance processes and minimize defects.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, or other relevant quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials upon arrival to ensure they meet specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address quality concerns and request replacements if necessary.
- Conduct training sessions for workers on quality control measures, defect identification, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed quality reports and analyze trends to identify recurring issues.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management regarding quality performance and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.
- Manage waste and improve production efficiency.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 32 to 45 years
- Prior experience working in a tent factory is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Bangla and English is required; Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of all sewing quality processes related to tent production.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and cutting diagrams for tents.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee and manage daily operations effectively.
