Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and improving services.
- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
- Ensure the resort is well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically appealing.
- Ensure the resort complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Preferably in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing or English
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Resort, Amusement Park, Convention center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
