Job Description / Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership
- Define InnStar’s 5- to 10-year real estate vision with clarity, charisma, and commercial insight.
- Lead expansion into new locations, verticals (branded residences, lifestyle hotels, wellness-centric communities), and international collaborations.
- Development with Design DNA
- Oversee the full arc of development: land sourcing → master planning → design competitions → construction → launch → after-sales care.
- Collaborate with award-winning architects, landscape designers, lighting consultants, and brand partners to craft truly differentiated products.
- Champion USGBC LEED certifications, sustainability narratives, and wellness architecture.
- Sales & Marketing
- Position InnStar properties not as products, but as aspirations — through elite sales channels, concierge marketing, and immersive brand moments.
- Lead curated customer experiences — from ultra-private previews to sensory-rich experience center to lifestyle partnerships.
- Build a brand ecosystem around each property: art, design, landscaping, soundscapes, scent, and hospitality elements.
- Financial Stewardship
- Lead feasibility studies, pricing strategies, and capital stack architecture with investor-grade precision.
- Own project P&L, cost controls, margins, and value engineering — without ever compromising on design integrity.
- Report quarterly to the Board, aligning commercial KPIs with brand evolution.
- Stakeholder, Government & Community Relations
- Liaise with regulators, city planners, and ministries to secure approvals
- Negotiate joint ventures, land partnerships, and co-development models with transparency and tactical clarity.
- Cultivate relationships with HNWI clients, private wealth advisors, and global brokers.
- People & Culture
- Lead with design-first thinking, business empathy, and a "details-matter" mindset.
- Build a team that’s not just skilled, but emotionally invested in quality, form, and the future.
- Mentor mid-level talent, encourage lateral growth, and infuse the company with a global outlook.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
