Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context
  • RM Automobiles is looking for dynamic HR & Admin to support HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the management with recruitment activities including organizing, scheduling, screening and documentation.
  • Track and manage leave of absence and attendance records.
  • Manage payroll processing and commissions for employees.
  • Assist the management in preparing and reporting sales team performance.
  • Handle general office administration duties, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and introducing company policy.
  • Ensure operation is compliant with company policies.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a must
