Job Description / Responsibility
- Labour Contractor Management:
- Oversee labour contractors to meet manpower needs.
- Execute manpower budget, considering absenteeism and turnover.
- Conduct monthly compliance audits on labour law adherence.
- Maintain a strong supplier base for uninterrupted manpower.
- Ensure proper orientation for outsourced employees.
- Monitor grievance handling and timely salary payments.
- Implement a performance tracking system for outsourced workers.
- Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training.
- Conduct quarterly supplier management sessions.
- HR Administration:
- Manage uniforms, PPE issuance, and recovery.
- Oversee staff accommodation, lockers, and housekeeping.
- Handle stationery supply and company mobile connections.
- Arrange refreshments for company events and meetings.
- Maintain the time and attendance system.
- Ensure high internal service and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Supplier & Facility Management:
- Assess supplier viability and service quality.
- Conduct audits and implement CAPA for improvements.
- Maintain service standards and replace underperforming suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance via employee feedback.
- Staff Welfare & Events:
- Plan and execute welfare initiatives and company events.
- Ensure timely processing of contributions, insurance claims, and employee gifts.
- Maximize employee engagement in K & A events.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across functions.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Hotel, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Workshop
