Job Description / Responsibility

To maintain a fleet of more than 100 plus vehicles comprising both light & heavy vehicle
To ensure timely servicing & repair of all vehicles to keep the down time at a minimum level
To interact with the reputed garages and get the major repairing works done at a very competitive cost
To initiate requisition for purchase of spares and other parts of vehicles and to get approval by the authority
To Ensure timely renewal of all relevant paper of vehicles from concerned authorities and permits for newly procured vehicles.
To check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval
To check the staffs / driver's attendance, extra hour work before sending for paymentTracking the vehicles while they runs in a long distance
To Maintain liaison with Traffic Police, BRTA and other Law enforcing agencies as and when required
To initiate disciplinary action for the Driver & departmental staffs committing misconductHandling security & protocol department.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Automobile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Should Have an excellent knowledge on Transport Management & Maintenance
Should have excellent skill on driver Management
Should have excellent knowledge on different kind of vehicle
Should have proper communication skill with driver and Senior Management at the same time.
