Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, rent collection, and conflict resolution.
Maintain and inspect properties to ensure proper upkeep, security, and compliance with building regulations.
Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs or renovations as needed.
Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
Keep records of lease agreements, rent payments, maintenance expenses, and other relevant documents.
Ensure compliance with local property laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with property owners to implement improvements and financial planning for the building(s).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Diploma in Civil, Higher Secondary
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Importer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 40 years
At least 04 years of experience in property or rental building management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of real estate laws and rental agreements.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve tenant issues efficiently.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
