Job Description / Responsibility

Location: Dhaka (Moghbazar, New Eskaton Road)
Live on Facebook and social media accounts regularly.
Make Facebook reels and short videos regularly.
Provide audio voiceover to various product scripts.
Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
Understand the needs of business customers.
Office Maintain with Discipline.

Educational Requirements

SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 30 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce, Computer Knowledge . Ability to understand Peoples and convince them accordingly.
