Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview:
We are a renowned organization looking to onboard two highly skilled and experienced Senior Spring Boot Backend Engineers. We seek individuals who are passionate about developing high-quality, scalable, and innovative backend solutions. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work on cutting-edge projects and play a key role in shaping our backend architecture with a focus on security, performance, and efficient design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement sophisticated backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
Ensure application security through the implementation of Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth 2.0.
Utilize JPA for effective and efficient database interaction.
Lead various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adhering to SOLID principles and industry best practices.
Apply design patterns to solve complex software challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold high coding standards across the team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 35 years
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in backend development using Spring Boot.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Proven implementation skills in SOLID principles.
Proficiency in Swagger for API documentation.
Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git (Git, GitHub/GitBucket).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL.

Salary Range

Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
