Job Description / Responsibility

Integration and standardization of business processes
Implementation and maintenance of the ERP/SAP system
Diagnosing and resolving issues in the ERP/SAP system
Performing system upgrades and maintenance
Analyzing existing business processes to improve workflows
Providing technical support for the ERP system to end-users
Training end-users on ERP system functionalities
Managing master data
Assist all team with the overall maintenance of IT support.
Any others task by the superior or management
Job Location: Head Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Masters

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements

At least 4-5 years of experience for Implementation and maintenance of ERP/SAP
Preference will be given to those who have experience on Network Administration.
At least 4-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA. Experience in the Sales Distribution Module (SD) of SAP is required.
Candidate has to be enthusiastic and passionate about programming
Good Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)
Good reporting and communication capability
