Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for receiving and delivering all types of RMA products.
After receiving the product, inform and confirm receipt with the customer.
Maintain daily communication with the customer, providing updates via phone and email.
Keep the customer informed regarding the status of their product throughout the RMA process.
Handover the faulty product to the Product In and Out Maintenance Section or the supplier for further action.
Regularly communicate with suppliers, OEMs, and distributors to receive real-time updates on products being sent for RMA purposes.
Stay updated with the latest RMA guidelines, policies, and procedures as per BCS/OEM requirements.
Provide regular reports to the team leader regarding the status and progress of RMA products.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader to support the RMA process.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
