Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee day-to-day operations of the convention hall, ensuring seamless event execution.
Manage event bookings, coordinate with clients, and provide venue tours.
Supervise event setup, decorations, catering, and technical arrangements.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards of the venue.
Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.
Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize bookings and revenue.
Prepare reports on event performance, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
