Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and streamline daily operations across both factory production and sales departments (Retail & modern Trade) to ensure efficiency and profitability
Oversee the coordination between factory operations and sales functions, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules, smooth delivery, and market delivery goals.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
Lead initiatives for cost optimization and resource management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
Drive innovation and process improvements within all operational areas.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture across all teams.
Manage supply chain and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with the executive team on long-term strategic planning.
Supervise the budgeting process and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
Stay informed on market trends and industry advancements to guide business decisions.
Manage factory construction and food machinery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements
