Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- We are looking for a positive, motivated, and professional Electrical Engineer from a reputed engineering university. i.e. BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, AUST et.
- Will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery, working to support production by providing total productive maintenance.
- The Job Location will be Savar, Dhaka.
- Must ensure stay with the company for 3 years.
- Responsibilities:
- Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.
- Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated & possessing a good memory.
- Result-oriented, performance-driven, high initiative, problem-solving skills, and self-driven.
- Capable to work under Pressure.
- Possessing a positive attitude.
- Effective communication skills, negotiation skills & strong leadership ability.
- Time Management of self and others.
- Analytical ability.The job Vacancy is for the Savar plant.
- Will be working with updated types of machinery, with TPM Practice.
- Should have the mentality to stay with the company for a long period.
- Responsibilities & Context Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check.
- Compare & enhance production.
- Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any.
- Process control & floor supervision; Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines.
- Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates.
- Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.
- Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
