Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, skilled, and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with our vision and requirements. Qualified candidates passionate about creating exceptional interior spaces are encouraged to submit their resumes and portfolio of work.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the interior design process, from conceptual development to implementation and finishing.
Coordinate with architects and contractors to maintain design intent throughout the construction process.
Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work to ensure effective project execution.
Create detailed design documents, including specifications for materials and finishes.
Develop and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
To provide innovative design solutions and maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors to guarantee high-quality workmanship and materials are utilized.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Review and approve designs, specifications, and project proposals prior to execution.
Conduct site evaluations and assess design concepts for feasibility in terms of technical and budgetary considerations.
Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, etc.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years

Hotel, Architecture Firm, Resort, Interior Design, Developer
