Maintenance Manger/ Sr. Manger

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
Oversee training programs to ensure the team’s technical skills are up to date.
Train and mentor, the maintenance staff of the plant to ensure self-reliance in maintaining equipment
Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Sweater Industry
