Job Description / Responsibility

BOQ Preparation:
Prepare, review, and validate comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior and exterior projects.
Analyze architectural and MEP drawings to ensure precise quantity take-offs.
Work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure BOQs are technically and commercially sound.
COGS Management:
Develop and manage project Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) breakdowns to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Continuously monitor and control project costs from initiation to closure.
Identify and mitigate cost overruns through value engineering and negotiation with suppliers/vendors.
Generate COGS reports for senior management with variance analysis between estimated vs. actual costs.
Execution Oversight:
Coordinate with site teams to ensure execution aligns with the BOQ and cost control measures.
Assist in procurement planning to match project schedules and BOQ requirements.
Conduct periodic site inspections to verify quantities and ensure material usage is within budget.
Project Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare project cost and performance reports for strategic decision-making.
Recommend cost-saving measures based on project data and post-project evaluations.
Planning:
Prepare and track project timelines using MS Project to ensure project milestones are met.
Other duties:
Any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
