Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage all civil engineering aspects of apartment construction projects.
Supervise site engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans.
Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and other relevant building codes.
Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and review project reports, budgets, BOQ and material procurement plans.
Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Implement cost-effective construction methodologies and sustainable building practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
B.Sc in Structural Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
